ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVATION:
Reservations must be requested at least 3 days in advance of the date of use. Requests without a response from TPE TRAVEL PANAMA are not considered reservations.

The system will generate a virtual invoice and voucher detailing important notes of the contracted service or product.
All tourism services are PRE-PAID, and payment can be made through various channels:
- On the e-commerce platform
- THE PANAMA EXPERIENCE SA. Banco General 04-22-98-877572-2 Savings Account
- Send proof of payment to [email protected] with a copy to your sales executive.
- Bank transfer. Use Banco General’s website for this purpose: www.bgeneral.com
RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
If we have not received your inquiries before making the first deposit to TPE TRAVEL PANAMA, we will consider the sales conditions described on OUR WEBSITE: www.tpetravelpanama.com accepted.
VALID PASSPORT and VISA (when required), MINOR PERMITS, migration status documentation, etc. THE AGENCY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for this documentation and information, and the loss of services for these reasons is the EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR THE PROGRAM:
ONE SINGLE PAYMENT on the platform at the time of confirmation.
CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR ABANDONING THE TRIP AFTER RESERVING or AFTER BUYING THE PACKAGE:
- Every cancellation incurs an administrative and operational charge of 10% (without exception) per passenger.
- 0-3 days before the trip departure, there is no refund.
- 4 OR MORE days before the trip departure, full refund of the amount paid less administrative expenses.
Any personal inconvenience at the airport such as expired passport, incomplete requirements for minors’ permits in the country, homonyms, lawsuits, arriving at the airport at an unspecified time, or any other reason beyond our responsibility, the passenger unable to travel due to these reasons will forfeit 100% of the contracted service.
GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS:
Upon receiving payment, it is understood that the passenger has been informed and has accepted each of the conditions, payment policies, and cancellations. The travel agency is also obligated to inform and disclose these conditions to the passenger.
Hotels mentioned at the end of each circuit are subject to change without altering their category.
Rooms are in standard category.
Vouchers will be provided at the time of payment.
If any service from the program is not taken, it will not be refundable.
BILLING:
The agency commits to comply with all current fiscal regulations in the Republic of Panama. Therefore, upon purchasing any service, the client understands and acknowledges that an invoice must be issued for the acquisition of a service.
IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION AND NECESSARY DATA FOR RESERVATION PROCESS:
The client understands and acknowledges that THE AGENCY requires correct identification data to issue a reservation, which will be made in compliance with the reservation policies of the service providers (Airlines, cruises, trains, and buses).
Upon requesting the service, the client commits to provide THE AGENCY with copies of the following documents within 24 hours from the service contract:
- Copies of identifications (ID and passport).
- Contact telephone number.
- Email address.
If THE AGENCY does not receive the requested information, or if the information is incorrect, incomplete, or any other necessary information required to provide the acquired service, THE AGENCY will not be responsible for any charges that the service providers (Airlines, cruises, trains, and buses) may apply due to incorrect or missing information from the client.
CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE:
In accordance with Law No. 81 of March 26, 2019, “Personal Data Protection Law,” for the management of our travel agency operation, our company processes information about our clients (personal data), including information about current and previous clients. We commit to respecting your privacy when collecting your personal data, using it correctly, and protecting your personal data.
The client has the right to: Access the information collected, correct any information about their data at any time, cancel or delete incorrect, irrelevant, or incomplete data, object to or withdraw the consent granted to the company to safeguard their data, and also has the right to obtain a copy of their personal data.
The personal data collected by the agency can only be used for the purpose of the contracted services, unless the client gives written consent for the data to be used for any other purpose.
